Order Processing
Orders for Geomagic software placed before 3:00 pm EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order confirmation and licence delivery email to be sent.

Software Delivery
Geomagic software subscriptions are delivered electronically. Licence information and download instructions are provided via email once your order has been processed.

No physical items are shipped.

Delivery Timeframes
Licence delivery timelines are based on order verification and vendor processing times and are measured in business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded.

Volume, institutional, or custom licence configurations may require additional processing time.

Physical Shipping (If Applicable)
In cases where physical items are included with an order, shipping within Canada is fulfilled using FedEx or Purolator depending on destination and service level. Signature upon delivery may be required.
